Unfortunately the tantalizing power to respond immediately with a slap (or a suck up) has been handed to millions (of idiots) in the form of an…
Anonymous asked: did you like college?
For the short answer, yes I did enjoyed college.
For the longer answer, the thing I liked most about college was taking classes that were catered to my interests. I only had to take ONE math class (yuck) and two science classes (double yuck). I majored in communication studies, so I took a lot of public speaking classes, interpersonal communication classes and even some theater for fun. I even had the flexibility to take some art classes (turns out I am not very talented in that department). I earned an English minor as well and took creative writing classes including poetry. That was my favorite by far.
The best part was the ability to take internships! I had one at my local top 40 radio station and it was what solidified where I wanted to take my career goals. I used college as an opportunity to test different interest and figure out where I wanted to take my life. I also gained a lot of confidence for the first time in my education because I was able to focus on what I wanted to.
I was very fortunate that my parents had been saving since I was a little Sara to send me to college and give me those experiences. I would not have changed a thing about it.

I enjoyed answering some of your questions yesterday. If anyone ever has any, feel free to send them in.
Just figure out why you want out of life and go after it.
It may seem like part two of that sentence is the difficult part, but for most the first part is the most challenging.
Work hard and be kind. That’s my best general advice.
Good luck.
